D2 Government Solutions provides aviation and administrative support services to various government agencies. Our aviation services include base operations, aircraft flight operations, maintenance, logistical support, training, range support, aerial imaging, and repair operations. We also provide a variety of administrative support services to include mail room, military transition assistance, training, clerical support for identification processing, medical support services, and other similar services.
Responsibilities :
- Facility Planning & Programming : Lead the development of facility and infrastructure requirements for assigned projects, ensuring that all necessary resources and approvals are identified and obtained.
- Program Documentation : Prepare and submit accurate programming documentation, including cost estimates and detailed reports, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate with engineers, architects, planners, contracting officers, and external stakeholders to ensure proper coordination and integration of design considerations.
- Budget & Funding Support : Work with organizational managers and budget personnel to gather and verify information needed for Congressional funding approval and to justify proposed facility programs.
- Project Feasibility & Efficiency Assessment : Advise the Government on the achievability, feasibility, and efficiency of proposed projects, considering constraints like cost, manpower, and schedules.
- Program Promotion & Presentation : Advocate for facility projects using sound engineering and architectural principles, presenting proposals to stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Maintenance & Repair Assessment : Accurately assess and document facility maintenance, replacement, and repair needs, ensuring project schedules and costs are well-managed.
