Responsibilities (list 5-7)
- Reports directly to corporate Programs Manager
- Serves as on-site liaison to government client
- Supervises roving fire watch team members in performance of daily duties
- Develops and manages works schedules for watch standard personnel
- Creates reports as required
- Conducts regular patrols of areas of responsibility
- Reviews patrol logs for accurate recordings
- Must possess and maintain a Secret clearance
- Must have five (5) years of supervisory experience
- Must possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, speak English
- Willingness to work in diverse environments and adapt to changing conditions
