What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toolroom Attendant position at D2 Government Solutions?
D2 Government Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for an Toolroom Attendant at our site location in New Bern, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory control of parts, tooling, and material.
- Issue tooling, parts and material as required.
- Maintain calibrated tool list.
- Maintain shelf-life limited parts and material list.
- Shipping and receiving duties as required.
- Maintaining & updating records.
- Maintain core return list.
- Maintain minimum inventory quantities.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts.
- Process warranty parts and paperwork.
- Invoice Customers and follow up on delinquent Invoices
- Receiving Customer Payment
- Performs all other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience.
- An understanding of the aviation industry.
- Experience with QMX (Quantum Mechanix) or equivalent software program preferred.
- Proficient in meeting deadlines and schedules for the acquisition of materials/parts.
- Experience using MS Word and Excel.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
