Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• 3 years of previous experience managing field service operations required
• Experience with mechanics and heavy equipment equipment highly preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements
