- Manage the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and specifications
- Evaluate project progress, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies as needed
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure all installations and commissioning meet industry standards and client expectations
- Work closely with project stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Lead project meetings and present updates to clients and management
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing MEP projects in a construction environment
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, energy efficiency practices, and building codes
- Proven project management skills, with an emphasis on budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
