Overview & Direct Report
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Junior Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional value to our clients. This position reports Directly to the North American Sales Manager.
Essential Functions:
The following areas are considered essential functions of the Jr Sales Associate at D3 LLC and it is recognized that these functions may evolve and change as needed to fulfil the sales needs of the company:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Support client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
2. Sales Support:
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads.
- Track and report sales activities using Salesforce.
3. Market Research:
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Provide insights to the sales team to identify new opportunities, particularly in the temporary display and vitrines segment.
4. Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including design, engineering, and production, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Ensure timely communication and updates to clients about project progress.
5. Learning & Development:
- Participate in training programs to understand the company’s offerings, market positioning, and industry dynamics.
- Stay updated on trends in visual merchandising and retail display.
6. Travel Flexibility:
- Be willing and available to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client meetings, site visits, and events.
- Be willing and available to travel to NYC a couple of days a week.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: prefer min. 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in B2B or retail environments is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising or retail display solutions is an advantage.
- Languages: Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
