- Note : 3.5 years previous litigation experience (family law) is highly preferred.

Full-time | direct hire employment opportunity. Non-exempt role.
Employer Work Model :
Flexible hybrid 3 onsite / 2 remote work model.
Summary :
The Family Law Legal Assistant will work in tandem with Family Law Partners & Associates.
Responsibilities include typing and preparation of correspondence and legal documents including agreements, pleadings and discovery; preparing documents for filing and service; preparing hearing notebooks; client intake; client contact; maintaining document management database; maintaining partner’s calendar, scheduling court appearances; research, special projects, organizing files and other assignments as requested
Education, Experience & General Skills :
Annual Salary / Compensation :
Annual salary range is up to 97.5K (DOE / DOQ).
