The Bilingual Dental Receptionist with American Pediatric Dental Group- Pembroke Pines, FL is the first point of contact for our patients and their families. They must provide friendly, efficient, and effective service to ensure a positive patient experience. The Dental Receptionist will field in-bound phone calls to schedule patient appointments, answer questions, understand insurance benefits, and provide details about pediatric and orthodontic services. This position must ensure that the patient and parent or guardian are the number one priority. This support is crucial to the delivery of the Company’s mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

- Monday and Thursday 9:15 to 6:30.
- Tuesday Wednesday and Friday 8:15 to 5:00.
- Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
- Ability to travel between multiple locations.
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times.
- Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner.
- Strong PC skills and ability to learn and successfully use new programs as required.
