Requirement:

The doctor must hold a DDS or DMD degree and be certified in Pediatrics from ADA-accredited program or 1 year of Pediatric Dental experience.

Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the State of Iowa (License must be in good standing) or eligible for Iowa licensure.

Other certifications as required by state to include- CPR, DEA, etc.
