The Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator with American Pediatric Dental Group is the first point of contact for our patients and their families. They must provide friendly, efficient, and effective service to ensure a positive patient experience.
The Patient Care Coordinator will field in-bound phone calls to schedule patient appointments, answer questions,
understand insurance benefits, and provide details about pediatric and orthodontic services. This
position must ensure that the patient and parent or guardian are the number one priority. This support
is crucial to the delivery of the Company’s mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral
health.
Hours : Monday , Thursday 8-5 and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 : 30-5pm
EDUCATION / CREDENTIALS :
- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Bilingual is required.
