JOB SUMMARY :
D4C Dental Brands seeks a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join a fast-moving, highly competent IT Team. This FTE role requires IT, networking, and engineering expertise. The successful candidate will oversee and manage IT projects to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
EDUCATION / CREDENTIALS :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
PMP or CAPM certification (required)
Network (Desired)
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE :
Minimum four years of Project Manager and IT-related fields
Minimum of 3 years of IT experience (negotiable, but come prepared)
Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to drive toward solutions in a collaborative manner.
Strong experience with project management, requirements management, systems integration, and systems engineering
Strong experience gathering, writing, tracking, and managing technical requirements / workloads in a complex environment
Strong ability to manage competing priorities and communication with multiple stakeholders while managing expectations appropriately
Experience with project management and other software suites, such as Asana and Microsoft Office products
JOB-RELATED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES :
Strong knowledge of IT and Project Management principles, vulnerabilities, risk management
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Detail-oriented and able to identify and resolve issues proactively
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with the NIST framework
Familiarity with CIS controls, policies, and procedures development is required
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
This role requires working four days in the office and one day remotely
May involve occasional travel to various locations to oversee project implementation
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
May require lifting and moving of computer equipment or other components
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to implement network IT solutions.
Write detailed policies and procedures in collaboration with the security team.
Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Conduct regular status meetings and report project updates to key stakeholders
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and industry standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and meet business objectives
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends related to IT.
