What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Manager position at Da/Pro Rubber, Inc.?

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team at the Broken Arrow, OK plant, located at 1300 E Ft Worth St.

Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of precision molded rubber and plastic components for various industries. The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will maintain the Quality Management System, enforce all statutory and regulatory requirements and oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff.

Monday - Friday

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Hiring and training quality assurance staff
Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

Five years of experience in QA Manager related field required
Three years supervisory experience is preferred
Plastic experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. Company offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401K.
