Duties

- Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support in food preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.
- Train new employees on food preparation methods, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures.
- Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback regarding food quality and service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in food service management.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
