Da Vinci Schools is looking to hire 1 Special Education Resource Teacher for the 2024-2025 School Year at Da Vinci Rise High School.

Under the direction of the school administrator and Director of Special Education, the Special Education Resource Teacher plans and provides for appropriate learning experiences for students
with mild to moderate disabilities. The person in this position is responsible for creating a flexible program and learning environment that provides specialized instruction for
students with disabilities, such that the students benefit from the general education curriculum to the greatest extent possible when supported with supplemental aids, accommodations,
modifications and other needed supports.
Da Vinci Schools are project based, college preparatory schools, each with a distinct focus which drives the curriculum students take in addition to their A-G college preparatory requirements. As a project based school, class curricula are centered around projects, which teach students the essential skills and knowledge of a course. We work extremely closely with our grade level teams – you must like working with other people! You will be planning interdisciplinary projects with your grade level team that teach students both 21st century skills as well as subject area content.
