What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at DAA Northwest?
We are looking for a new Account Manager to join our Inside Sales Team in Spokane, WA. Our Account Managers are self-motivated, detail oriented, thrive in a fast paced environment and have a passion for serving others. This position’s primary responsibility is to develop and maintain productive, professional relationships with DAA's customer base for the purpose of bringing together buyers, sellers and consignment for our weekly sales. They build and enhance the relationships we have with our dealers by delivering a high level of customer service. Our Account Managers are essential to what we do and who we are – from the first call to a customer, to helping them number and price their vehicles for auction, to watching their customer’s vehicles sell across the auction block – they help our dealers accomplish their goals week in and week out.
Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of customer focused/relationship-based sales experience in addition to strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills. The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is a must. A high school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license and clean driving record is required. Previous auto auction or industry experience/knowledge is preferred.
