Field Sales and Marketing Representative

We are seeking an individual who has exceptional customer service skills, great communication skills and an ability to reach out to dispensaries throughout the Colorado state. We are based out of Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

Responsibilities

• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Perform market research on product to keep up with market trends.
• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Compile orders, follow directed routes, and deliver to each customer to ensure the product gets there in a reasonably timely.
• Gather all necessary paperwork from patients.
• Answers phone in prompt and friendly demeanor. Communicates clearly with office staff as well as customers.
• Exchanges information about location, ETA, and status of an order frequently and respectfully to other drivers and office staff.
• Keeps accurate track of deliveries, inventory, and payments.
• Operates vehicle in safe and lawful manner.
• Completes daily checklist.
• Performs all job functions in accordance with our Policies and Procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,280.00 - $70,000.00 per year
