Cleaner

Cleaners Needed! $17.00-17.50 an hour DOE & position. Hiring immediately. Must have driver's license & Vehicle. We give a monthly gas stipend.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and document routine cleaning tasks.
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of unit deficiencies or needed repairs.
• Make cleaning adjustments as needed.
• Keep all provided equipment clean & stocked.
• Have a team spirit and be able to work well with others.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.

Skills

• Prefer working experience as a cleaner.
• Ability to communicate efficiently, verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Keep cool under pressure, be a team player.
• Take direction well.
• Reliability.
• Integrity, professional language, Ability to not gossip and to shut it down immediately.
• High school diploma preferred.

Must be able to pass an employment background screening. Need to have your own vehicle. Hours are generally 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Some weekends and overtime may be required as needed. We do have some flexibility with the schedule. We look forward to hearing from you!

Benefit Conditions: only full-time employees are eligible, for full benefits, after 90 days. Part-time employees will start to accrue sick days, after 90-days of employment..
