We provide project management, engineering, construction management, cost estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, project controls, change management, and general consulting services for public and private projects; specialized in a wide range of market sectors including transportation, infrastructure, water/wastewater, aviation, recreation, educational, and healthcare facilities.
Dabri is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks on a full time basis in Los Angeles County. Candidates are required to have 5 or more years of a wide range of administrative and office support experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handles administrative requests and queries from senior managers and division staff
- Heavy proofreading and processing of general correspondence, such as letters, memos, reports, and Board letters.
- Checks correspondence submitted for supervisor's attention to ascertain that all relevant data, files, signatures, etc., are accurate and included.
- Develops and maintains physical and digital filing systems.
- Schedules meetings, prepares meeting agendas, takes minutes, arranges conferences, and maintains conference room schedules.
- Gathers data independently and by contacting employees, other divisions, and/or agencies for general information and/or to prepare reports or presentations.
- Develops charts, graphs, workflow diagrams, and other visual aids as necessary.
- Supervises other staff and delegates responsibilities.
- Maintains appropriate document control logs by entering information as to type of documents, dates received/transmitted, and file location.
- Handles technical issues within their area of expertise.

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to multi-task, follow through on all tasks to completion, and work with minimal direction and supervision.
- Typing rate: 40 net words per minute.
- Minimum of five years of administrative work experience.
