Dabri, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional Project Scheduler who will play a critical role in supporting project management efforts at the San Francisco. The ideal candidate will assist with the development, maintenance, and analysis of project/program schedules using Primavera P6. This position will involve leading the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of project schedules for various projects and programs, ranging in size and complexity.
The Scheduler will be responsible for supporting project and program management teams, monitoring workflow, coordinating schedule and cost forecast data, and identifying potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cost and resource-loaded project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure project schedules are complete and aligned with project goals.
- Measure and track progress toward project milestones and activities.
- Analyze project schedule performance by comparing actuals against baseline data and provide recommendations to the Project Manager.
- Attend and actively participate in project status meetings, contributing to discussions on schedule status and risks.
- Prepare and deliver monthly project reports, including schedule trends, potential delays, and estimated costs to complete.
- Manage information and data within various software tools and cost databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Primavera P6 Scheduling and Cost Controls for planning and infrastructure construction projects.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining project schedules for large capital construction projects, including WBS development, predecessor/successor linking, cost/resource loading, and baseline setting.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, including dependencies, cost loading, resource loading, and resource leveling.
- Experience in construction cost controls, cost estimating, and cost analysis.
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Good Communication Skills
