We provide comprehensive life skills training to adults with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to help clients achieve a dignified experience of living and thriving within a network of community support and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aid consumers with everyday activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands, and assisting with personal hygiene routines.
- Assist with medication administration when required by the consumer's needs.
- Take consumers on outings to promote socialization and engagement.
- Track and document changes in clients' overall status to ensure optimal care.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to provide comprehensive support.
Requirements:
- CPR Certification (resources available for completion).
- Recent TB Test (resources available for completion).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is desirable but not required for passionate candidates.
- Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance are necessary for driving-related roles.
- Federal and state fingerprint background check will be conducted.
