Director, Digital Media

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the 'conductor' of the account, ensuring each team member is deployed effectively, and achieving objectives
- Maintain a global understanding of the entirety of the program, while retaining the ability to deep-dive into an individual area to provide assistance, recommendations, and input as needed
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to SMEs in development of programs to meet campaign objectives
- Analyze large sets of performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations on a strategic, holistic level
- Act as the escalation point for internal account teams and client contacts, and be the subject matter partner to DAC's senior account team members
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of Digital Paid Media experience
- At least 6 years of proven experience developing teams
- Clear, effective, and impactful communication is a must
- Project management capabilities/oversight and adherence of processes
- Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics certified
