Coffee Route Driver

DAC Total Refreshments is looking for career-oriented individual who is commitment to service, integrity, and community as well as an aptitude to solve problems to serve as a Coffee Route Driver. Qualified individuals will be invited to interview to join our amazing team at our Ocala facility, to help us uphold and maintain the best customer service experience! The goal is to delivery excellent custom service maintaining the coffee system and stock levels. Maximizes customer retention and increases profitability. Pay is based on experience.

Experience preferred but is not required, we are always willing to train the right people! Integrity drives everything we do at DAC and we desire to have team members who live out this value!

Job Responsibilities

• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Drive a DAC delivery van within the Ocala area.
• Replenish and maintain customer produce stock levels.
• Record parts and products delivered or used at customers locations.
• Keep machines clean and functioning properly.
• Report and replace any broken parts or nonfunctional machines using app based technology
• Interact with customers on your route in a cheerful and friendly manner, ready to help when asked
• Be responsible for some mechanical repairs and reporting.
• Be able to use iPad and or phone apps. some knowledge of technology

Job Requirements

• A good driving record and a valid Florida driver’s license
• Authorization to work in the U.S. with a valid Social Security number
• Super dependable—you must show up for work!
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow established procedures
• Physical fitness ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers
• Willingness to learn/adapt to new routes as needed
• Must pass a background check
