Position Summary
We’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Account Coordinator to support our local search accounts. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, loves problem-solving, and is excited about the intersection of digital marketing, local SEO, and customer experience. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts—ensuring local listings are accurate, brand standards are met, and client questions are answered quickly and professionally.

This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.

What You’ll Do
Client Relationship Management & Client Satisfaction
- Quickly gain knowledge for agency-owned systems and tools.
- PC skills necessary for the efficient and accurate completion of all tasks – knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are critical.
- Continuously develops and demonstrates knowledge of DAC’s product offerings (digital and directional).
- Provides administrative assistance to the Account Management Team and general support to manage the delivery of digital projects and office needs.
- Serve as a key support contact for local search client programs, responding to routine inquiries and requests with speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure clients are updated on project progress, deliverables, and results.
- Document all client communications and assist with preparing agendas, recaps, and reporting materials.
- Assist with the onboarding and syndication process for local business listings across major directories (Google Business Profiles, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.).
- Monitor and manage location data accuracy across local websites and data aggregators using DAC’s proprietary platform.
- Coordinate updates for business information such as hours, photos, categories, and attributes—ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
- Track the status of client deliverables and work with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in QA of listings and presence data to confirm proper formatting, categorization, and overall optimization.
- Support bulk uploads, data audits, and clean-up tasks for large location sets.
- Help prepare monthly or quarterly reports summarizing visibility, listing optimizations, and local SEO performance tied to business performance metrics.
- Contribute to the development of insights and recommendations based on data from Google Business Profile and internal platform.
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an Account Service role
- Experience in office environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office - specifically Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Excel formulas for data analysis and compare is preferred
- Ability to work independently and not need constant supervision
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
