Position Summary
We're looking for a Social Media Assistant to help with social media content production and reporting for one of our largest and most prestigious client accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring content is published on-time and error-free, while also helping our clients measure the impact social media is having on their business. We’re looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, a passion for customer service and an interest to learn and grow in the social media content creation space.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator team to support the creation and execution of social media content for clients.
- Ensure content is published on time and meets quality standards by reviewing for accuracy and consistency.
- Assist with social media post boosting and page branding.
- Analyze campaign data to help clients measure the impact of their social media efforts on business performance.
- Utilize tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite to design visuals and schedule posts for clients across various platforms.

This role is a hybrid position based in Purchase, NY, or Rochester, NY offices. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
