Position Summary
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will provide expertise for all company-wide staffing efforts, including processes, systems and tools. The role is accountable for managing staffing throughout DACs Global offices, leading strategic searches, and all hiring systems and processes for DAC.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage with qualified candidates
- Oversees all internal and external talent attraction platforms, including the company’s career site, job boards, digital/social assets, etc.
- Manage hiring process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Oversee talent attraction platforms and build talent pipelines
- Track key hiring metrics and analyze recruitment data for improvements
- Partner with leadership to align staffing needs with business goals
- Build relationships with colleges and universities for talent acquisition
- Train hiring managers on effective recruitment practices for DAC
- Oversee and internally promote DAC’s internship program
- Work towards continuous improvement of processes and procedures within Talent Acquisition
- Support People & Culture initiatives and projects as needed
What You Bring
- Minimum of 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience and progressive leadership experience
- In-depth experience sourcing active and passive candidates including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, search engines and job boards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws within jurisdictions DAC operates
- Excellent oral, written and formal presentation skills
- Digital marketing agency experience an asset
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels and alignment to business priorities
- Innovative, organized and results oriented
- Skillful communicator who delivers clear and effective verbal and written messages
- Ability to learn, administer, and train others on Applicant Tracking System technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

How We Work
This role requires two in-office days per week, with three days in-office during the three-month orientation period. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
