Assisting the Project Executive and Project Manager in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of the construction project. Maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, A/E team, subcontractors, etc. Review, understand and comply with all objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in accordance with the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Assist Project Manager in maintaining proper communication with the owner, A/E team, and other interested parties to facilitate construction activities. Represent client in Owner, A/E and Subcontractor Meeting & correspondence along with preparation of meeting minutes. Preparation of RFIs & Submittals in coordination with the field team and the subcontractors and making sure that everything is being submitted as per the contract. Manage the long lead items on the project in coordination with the subcontractors while making sure that everything will be furnished as per schedule. Preparation of change orders in coordination with the subcontractor and assisting the PM in change order negotiations. Assisting Project Manager with monthly requisitions with the client and subcontractors. Maintaining multiple project record logs (RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Bulletins, Sketches, Inspections, etc.) for proper recordkeeping. Assisting Client with various buyouts for successful completion of project. Providing inputs for the monthly schedule updates to the scheduling team for monthly schedule updates. Requires, Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related. Salary $131518.00 /yr. benefits.
