What are the responsibilities and job description for the Awake Night Mental Health Tech position at Dacotah Foundation?
Dacotah Foundation provides residential services for individuals experiencing substance use &/or mental health challenges. Applicants are responsible for monitoring and maintaining a safe living environment. Some duties include: medication and vitals monitoring; documentation of daily activities, behaviors, psychiatric and withdrawal symptoms; conflict resolution and de-escalation.
$17.00/hr. to $17.75/hr. starting, with opportunity for quick wage advancement after completion of required training. These are awake night positions. Weekend pay differential for Friday 6pm to Monday 7am. Every other weekend is required. Full-time schedule consists of 8 days on and 6 days off rotation. Part-time schedule consists of 6 days on and 8 days off rotation. FT employees benefits effective without waiting period.
