Job Summary
Dacotah Foundation is looking for someone to provide leadership and direction to Mental Health Techs (MHT) level staffing during designated shifts within designated programs; to ensure programming expectations are met.
Requires a bachelor's degree in human service orientated field or 3 years of employment specifically in the mental health/SUD field and demonstration of strong background in person-centered care, trauma informed care, de-escalation and leadership. Possess a familiarity with and be able to properly utilize common forms of technology and associated software. Must hold a valid driver's license.
Duties
- Coordinate with Program Supervisor to ensure that meals, grocery shopping, supplies etc. are available and fall within budgetary guidelines for the facility.
- Manage all aspects of designated shifts to ensure all treatment plans are being correctly implemented and followed.
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff and volunteers.
- Facilitate training sessions and educational workshops for Staff as well as clients.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness and inform future improvements.
- Collaborate with Program Supervisor to enhance service delivery.
- Provide primary response interventions to escalations and crisis management needs

This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the community through effective program coordination. Must be available to work 2pm-10pm M-F.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
