What You’ll Do
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and sales performance
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of budtenders and retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
- Help manage product inventory, ensuring it is well-stocked, properly labeled, and compliant with all regulations
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations in a professional manner
- Support with visual merchandising, store organization, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment
- Assist with scheduling and payroll, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours and time-off requests
