The General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, driving profitability, and fostering growth within the dispensary, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience and full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the daily operations of the dispensary, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
- Drive sales and profitability through strategic leadership, effective budgeting, and cost management.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and communications.
- Oversee staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
