We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. You will operate machinery, assemble products, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals.

Production & Equipment Operation:

• Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently and safely
• Assist in assembling and packaging cannabis products according to specifications and quality standards
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  
  

Quality Control & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate production records, including product counts, defects, and processing details
• Inspect cannabis products for consistency and quality, reporting any issues to supervisors
  
  

Team Collaboration & Efficiency:

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following established protocols
  
  

Safety & Maintenance:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
• Monitor production operations and report malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality concerns
• Assist with routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any necessary repairs
  
  

Inventory & Material Management:

• Assist with inventory management, ensuring materials are stocked and available for production
• Support proper labeling and storage of cannabis products in accordance with industry regulations
  
  

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required
  
  

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a noisy environment with fluctuating temperatures
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cannabis production or related horticultural fields
• Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance in the production process
• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing or agricultural setting
  
  

Working Conditions:

• Hours: Flexible hours with potential for shifts including evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on production schedules
• Environment: Fast-paced and team-oriented environment that requires the ability to work efficiently and safely
• Safety Standards: Regular cleaning and maintenance of the production area to maintain a safe and hygienic workspace
