What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer customer questions about store policies, products, and cannabis regulations
- Maintain the front desk and lobby area, ensuring it’s clean, organized, and inviting
- Support the team in maintaining inventory levels and help with customer check-in
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and store offerings to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
