- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of catering orders

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food production, kitchen management, and food safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
