- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
- Process payments efficiently using cash registers or payment systems.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred but not required.
