Join the team at Dae Gee, a Colorado-based Korean BBQ franchise featured on Guy Fieri’s "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," as we prepare to bring our exciting culinary experience to San Antonio! We are looking for dishwashers who would like to be part of our enthusiastic kitchen staff team.
Position: Dishwasher
Location: San Antonio, TX
Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
What We’re Looking For:
- Team Players: We want individuals who can work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excitement and Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for food and a desire to contribute to our culinary success.
- Kitchen Experience: Previous dishwasher experience is preferred, but not necessary a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are equally important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes and utensils efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring all work areas are tidy.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the highest quality.
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and preparing food.
- Take out trash and maintain proper waste disposal practices.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
- Assist with plating and presenting dishes to ensure they meet our standards .
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow.
