Daebak Trading is an L.A.-based wholesale company specializing in East Asian Beauty, Food, and supplements. It launched its first B2C operation in 2023 and has experienced rapid growth selling K- beauty on social media.
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
The Front Desk Receptionist will also handle online customer service and marketing projects.
Work hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00AM - 3:00PM. Our office is located in Norwalk, CA.
*Duties*
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Process returns that come in for eCommerce site
- Handle online customer service requests
- Manage the flow of correspondence by responding to emails and sorting mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure the front desk runs smoothly
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Reorder supplies for both the office and the warehouse
- Engage in marketing projects related to the online business
*Qualifications*
- Proficient in using office software such as Google Suite
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer service interactions
- Experience in a similar role as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical receptionist is advantageous
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
