What are the responsibilities and job description for the Department Admin Assistant - PT position at DAEOC?
The successful candidate will facilitate the efficient operation of the Children Services Department by acting as the receptionist. Requires complete and accurate data entry and record-keeping skills to support the Childrens Services Department.
Responsibilities related to Program record-keeping and reporting include but are not limited to:
- Program recruitment/application/enrollment processes, Entry and tracking of Program attendance, absenteeism, and meal counts processes
- Child and Adult Care Food Program processes
- Processing in-kind generated by Program
- Generating reports from Program software system as required by Management staff
- Entry and tracking of Program attendance, absenteeism, and meal counts processes
- Child and Adult Care Food Program processes
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. AA degree and/or 2 years experience in general office management, data systems and bookkeeping is preferred.
