What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Assistant (Kennett HS) position at DAEOC?
Job Summary:
Responsible for the entry of and monitoring for quality assurance of data related to record-keeping and reporting systems as applicable to assigned worksite. Responsible for processing and reconciling requisitions, invoices, and vendor statements as applicable to assigned worksite. Assist all staff in providing comprehensive services to children and families.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Program Administration and Coordination
Monitoring, Recordkeeping and Fiscal
Supervision and training
Other duties may be assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
AA degree and/or 2 years experience in general office management, data systems and bookkeeping is preferred.
Early childhood education/experience is also preferred.
Applicant must have a valid Missouri driver’s license, transportation and insurance. Dual language is a plus.
