Salary : $16.45 Hourly
We invite you to join Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation, a Missouri Community Action Agency, as part of our expanding Adult Education program. The YouthBuild Job Development Case Manager oversees the success of YouthBuild program participants. This position supports the work of DAEOC, a community action agency committed to empowering people to make positive change.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Register program participants in DAEOCs Apprenticeship Program.
- Create an employment plan or goal for each program participant.
- Assist program participants with employment applications and interview preparation for employment.
- Continuously track the program participant progress and follow up after completion.
- Recruit participants for the YouthBuild program.
- Answer questions and / or discuss classroom issues involving attendance or behavior, offer guidance for successful worksite performance and future employment.
- Provide continuous support and guidance for program participants.
