Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal counsel and representation in international law matters.
- Legal consultation and customer support related to immigration law.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Advise and assist clients in developing legal strategies.
- Conduct U.S. legal services market research.
- Establish and manage U.S. corporations.
- Contribute to global business growth strategies (M&A, Partnerships).
Note : Applicant must be willing and able to work in Seoul, South Korea, New York State, and Washington D.C.
