▶Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand their legal issues and needs.
- Provide customized legal service information tailored to client circumstances.
- Organize consultation data to ensure optimal client intake for case engagement.
- Maintain and manage client data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and manage consultation schedules, including follow-ups.
▶Qualifications and Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer service, legal consultation, or sales within the legal or financial industry.
- Educational Background: Preferred degrees in Law, Business Administration, or Public Administration.
- Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Self-driven individual capable of contributing to organizational goals.
- Certifications in relevant fields are highly preferred.
-Ability to understand, identify, and assuage pain points, while clearly and effectively communicating with the Firm’s potential clients.
-Ability to be nimble and proactive in answering all potential client questions and concerns as they arise.
