Duties

- Assist customers with product information, order status, and service-related questions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Provide multilingual support as needed to cater to diverse client needs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.
Skills
- Proficient in computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
