Compensation :

110,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Lead and oversee the company's land planning and landscape architecture projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
Business Development : Identify and market new business opportunities to expand client base and project portfolio.
Planning & Design Expertise : Apply extensive knowledge in zoning, due diligence, and the land development process to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.
Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, managing staff and fostering a productive and creative environment.
Project Management : Guide projects across various types of developments, including commercial, multi-family, subdivisions, mixed-use, site plans, and urban design.

Qualifications :

Professional Landscape Architecture license with the State of Maryland is required .

Landscape Architecture degree is required .

A professional with 8-12 years of experience in land and site development, with expertise in commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, and urban design projects.

Strong graphic and communication skills , with the ability to articulate and visualize ideas effectively.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff , ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution.

A deep understanding of zoning regulations, due diligence, and the overall planning process.
