As a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, your morning starts with a quick assessment of county buildings, from the courthouse to the rodeo grounds, ensuring all systems are functioning perfectly. You dive into preventive maintenance, checking boilers, repairing light fixtures, and calibrating HVAC systems. By midday, you may find yourself fixing plumbing issues or coordinating repairs with contractors for larger projects.

This full-time role is based onsite in Manila, UT. You'll work typical hours from 7 AM to 5 PM, with occasional night or weekend shifts to meet critical maintenance needs.
What It Takes to Succeed :
- High school diploma with 2 years of trade or vocational training
- 5 years in building maintenance, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Proficient with tools and knowledgeable about construction techniques, safety standards, and facility systems
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
