Role Description

This is a full-time, entry-level, on-site role located in Wilmington, MA for a Project Accountant. The Project Accountant will be responsible for managing financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Daily tasks will include monitoring project costs, ensuring accurate billing, handling accounts payable and receivable, and reviewing contracts for financial compliance. The Project Accountant will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of project accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Excellent understanding of contract review for financial compliance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in construction or related industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
