We are a growing short-term rental and vacation rental business with properties in multiple locations. Our goal is to provide guests with seamless, high-quality experiences while maximizing efficiency in our operations. We are looking for a freelance web developer to create or enhance our website, ensuring a smooth booking experience, optimizing SEO, and integrating essential third-party tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a user-friendly, visually appealing website showcasing our properties.
- Implement direct booking functionality with secure payment processing.
- Optimize the site for SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, property management systems).
- Set up automated booking confirmations, calendars, and availability sync.
- Enhance UX/UI for better navigation and a professional look.
- Provide basic training and documentation for website updates.
- Offer ongoing support for maintenance and future improvements (if needed).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with property management software and booking integrations.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
- Ability to create a fast, mobile-optimized, and secure website.
