Daher is seeking an experienced Aircraft Repair Technician Lead to join our team. This role will lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to design and implement new maintenance processes.
- Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- FAA IA certification required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an FAA Certified Part 145 Repair Station or similar environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent deadlines.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- May be required to travel domestically and internationally.
