Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement & Spend Management
- Develop and manage site spend forecasting models to ensure cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Utilize predictive spend analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor market conditions, material costs, and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions.
- Negotiate and execute supplier contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Consolidate supplier relationships to streamline procurement processes, reduce complexity, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with aerospace industry regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives, leveraging data-driven decision-making to optimize procurement spend.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and risk management protocols.

Profile and other information related to the position
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Strong expertise in forecasting, data analytics, and spend analysis.
- Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and procurement software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Certification in CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or equivalent.
- Experience with lean procurement methodologies and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Familiarity with global supply chain dynamics and risk management strategies.
