Job Description Summary
Responsible for HR administrative processes, documentation, and supporting the onsite HR Department by performing the following duties.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Assist recruiting by distributing Job Requestions, scheduling interviews and coordinating necessary skills testing.
- Coordinate New Hire Orientation. Prepare new hire paperwork.
- Lead New Hire Benefit review and enrollment and assist employees with benefit issues.
- Update job descriptions, employee handbook, personnel policies and procedures as directed by HR Manager.
- Assist HR Manager by communicating employee events, company news and any other information that is necessary.
- Consistently maintain all personnel files.
- Assist employees with benefits, policies and other questions as needed.
- Run monthly HR Reports as assigned
- Maintain Contractor hours and verify weekly time and invoices from contract houses.
- Other duties as required.

Profile and other information related to the position
- At least two years HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of employment practices, compliance, and benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate in all forms (verbal and written)
$21 - $25 per hour
