Join Dahl Hyundai Mazda in La Crosse, WI as a Service Manager! We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service team and help create a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service
- Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests
- Manage, hire, and train service advisors and technicians
- Passion to achieve high standards
- Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department
- Manage the payroll within the department
- Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service management experience
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
